✅ 1. Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return or exchange under the following conditions:

  • The item is damaged, expired, or defective upon delivery.
  • You received the wrong product.
  • The product is unopened, unused, and in its original packaging (for non-perishable items).

🕒 Return requests must be made within 48 hours of delivery.

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for the following:

  • Fresh produce (fruits, vegetables, dairy, etc.)
  • Frozen or refrigerated items
  • Perishable goods
  • Opened or used products
  • Products bought under clearance or special promotions (unless damaged)

🔄 2. How to Request a Return or Refund

To initiate a return or refund, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our support team via email at support@modernsuperbazar.shop or through the app/website.
  2. Provide your order ID, clear photos of the item, and a brief explanation.
  3. Our team will review your request and respond within 24–48 hours.

If approved, we will arrange a pickup or request you to drop the item at our store (if applicable).

💳 3. Refund Process

Refunds will be issued using the original method of payment:

  • Online payments: Credited to your account within 5–7 business days.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD): Refunded as store credit or UPI transfer.

We may offer store credit or replacement as an alternative in some cases.

🚚 4. Order Cancellations

You may cancel your order if:

  • The order hasn’t been processed or dispatched yet.

To cancel an order, contact us immediately through the app or email.

Note: Once an order is packed or out for delivery, it cannot be cancelled.
